General

  • How to contact Z Garage?
    Please reach out to us via email or via the contact form in the contact us page. We also do our best to respond to our social media direct messages.

Products

  • What if a product I'm looking for is not on the website?
    If you are looking for a particular item that is not listed on the website, please feel free to get in touch with us as we may be able to source the item for you as a special order.
  • The product listing says that it is a special order item and has a lead time?
    Even though we try to make sure we only list products that are in stock, some items are difficult for to us to keep in stock and add costs due to additional handling. Therefore, we decided to provide the options so that you are able to browse through the parts that we can supply but not mislead you with products that are not in stock.
  • What if a product is out of stock?
    We try our best to make sure that we have stock ready to ship out with each order. When we run out of stock, we tend to try and restock as soon as possible. If you require any parts urgently, let us know and we may be able to special order parts.

Orders

  • Can I change or cancel my order?
    If you are looking to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible so that we are able to process the request. However, if the order have been fulfilled and shipped, we will be unable to make any changes to the order.

Shipping

  • How can I track my order?
    When you order through Z Garage, a tracking number will be sent to the contact email provided in the order. Certain orders may require multiple shipments, as such, you may receive multiple tracking numbers for the order.

  • How long does it take for my order to arrive?
    We understand that the wait between clicking the order button, and finding the parcel on your door step can be one of the hardest times in life. That's why we aim to have any 'in stock' orders placed shipped out by the next business day. Once its shipped, parcels within Australia may take between 2-8 business days to arrive. Delays may occur with shipping outside of our control.
  • How much does shipping cost?
    To keep things simple, it is a $12 flat rate Australia wide for shipping costs to help cover the cost instead of adding it into our products to keep our prices competitive where possible. For more info, check out our shipping page.
  • Do you provide international shipping?
    Yes we do! International shipping cost varies based on the order size and weight which will be calculated upon checkout. Due to the complexities of international shipping, some orders may not appear with a shipping option which requires up to provide a proper quote for the order. If you require a quote, contact us and we will provide a shipping quote for you.

  • Am I able to pick up my order locally?
    Unfortunately, we currently do not provide local pick up options as we are still a web based store front.
